This grand mosque is a remarkable fusion of tradition and modern engineering. Designed with meticulous attention to detail, it showcases intricate craftsmanship while integrating advanced construction techniques for durability and safety. A true cultural and spiritual landmark, it stands as a testament to innovation, faith, and architectural mastery, leaving a lasting legacy for generations to come.

- Biggest Mosque in the world after Haram and Medina with a minaret height of 264 meter, taking into consideration the seismic calculations and construction procedure using the international and European Code and norms
Cigoire: Complete refurbishment of a 150 sqm retail store
-Coordination of design, planning, execution, and finalization.
-Liaison with authorities, suppliers, craftsmen, and client.

-Reinforcement of load-bearing walls and beams.

The 150 m² boutique renovation was completed on time, respecting the estimated schedule and meeting all deadlines. The client was very satisfied with the final result, appreciating the quality of work, attention to detail, and overall transformation of the space. The project presented significant challenges due to multiple structural issues, including unstable walls, outdated electrical systems, and a deteriorated floor that required reinforcement. Despite these obstacles, careful planning, expert coordination, and innovative solutions allowed us to successfully deliver a modern, functional, and aesthetically refined boutique.

Management Project Director (Jabal Omar 13 bln SR (3.5 billion $) in Makkah KSA) 14 Towers of 48 levels and 6 to 9 levels of podiums Hotels and mixed use 1.2 million m² + Tunnels, roads, technical Galleries and Utilities, Managing 400 people.
Duty: GEMO KSA representative - Follow up the design from the concept to the execution with the design team; verification of the constructability and the maintainability of the project with the client and his advisors; coordination of the several parts of the project with the utilities; managing the site work; Coordination of the execution, design and planning; resolving all kind of problems on the site (technical, logistics, coordination, safety, municipality and other utilities) problems of execution on the site with the site team; coordination and management of all meetings with client, the execution team (contractor and subcontractors) and utilities design, consulting and management... ; administration and technical management.

Sr Construction Manager: Project: Duja Tower in DUBAI 152,000 m² 250 million $, 56 levels, Andalusia Garden Mixed Use Project in Jeddah KSA 400,000 m² 640 million $, Abu Dhabi Al Reem Island Tameer 5 Towers (Mixed use project, 5 towers and landscaping 1,6 billion $ between 42 and 64 levels.
Duty: Following the design and the execution after the concept for execution with the architect design team; verification of the constructability and the maintainability of the project with the clients and their advisors; coordination of the several parts of the project and with the utilities; verification of contractors shop drawings and execution; follow up the contractors planning and coordination with the design planning; resolving all kind of problems on the site (technical, logistics, safety, coordination, municipality and other utilities) problems of execution on the site with the site team; coordination and management of all meetings with clients their representative, the execution team (contractor and subcontractors) utilities and design etc....; follow up the logistic and the safety plan.

Project with Bouygues / Target JV – Luxury Hospitality & Residential
As Project Manager, I led the execution of high-end turnkey projects, managing both exterior and interior works. Key responsibilities included:
✅ Luxury hotel & residential development – Overseeing The Ritz-Carlton 5* Dubai (280,000 m², 1.6B AED).
✅ Project execution – Managing timelines, quality control, and contractor coordination.
✅ Turnkey delivery – Ensuring seamless handover of fully operational spaces.
This project refined my expertise in large-scale hospitality construction and premium real estate development.
